For order cancellations: please update me within 24hrs of making your purchase. All jewellery is done handmade and there is a lot of dedicated costly work invested in each piece to avoid restocking costs.
Restocking cost may apply on items that had handmade work and alterations done.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom, resized or personalized orders
• Intimate items or earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)

Exchange, return or refund will happen upon returning the original item. Once it arrives back, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious and soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force it might damage the jewelry. It is rare but can happen if mistreated.

By International Natural Gems consumer standards:

Natural Stones have slight variations of color and pattern from the product pictures as each stone is unique and sourced straight from Mother Nature.
“No two Natural Stones are alike.”
Natural Stones may naturally contain internal inclusions, cracks, and different shades than pictured.
Each Natural Stone comes from the ground and color and pattern cannot be controlled. The product picture acts as a guide to the general grade of the stone quality.

Each Pendant order will receive a complimentary Silver chain as a promotion. You can choose from 4 lengths.
All chains are the same: thin and made of pure solid silver with no other variations available.
These chains are fairly good but as I do not make them, I cannot give any guarantee on them.
They are all 925 Sterling Silver hallmark stamped and verified, but every chain is a gift to my customers and not a product in itself.

Warranty & Repairs

Dear customer, your Adina Stone piece is well made in Europe with traditional European Artisan standards, but of course, accidents can happen... So in case your precious piece gets damaged, do not worry & please contact me - I’ll be happy to help with possible repairs.

Gemstones: Some Gemstones such as Opals are more delicate than others, so there’s a special care to take when wearing. See more here.
