Solid gold means the item is made from a gold alloy throughout, not just coated on the surface. The gold content is consistent across the entire piece.

Solid gold does not rust or tarnish. However, surface dullness can happen over time due to contact with skin oils, dust, or daily wear.

Yes. It is designed for regular wear. However, removing it during activities like heavy exercise, cleaning, or swimming can help reduce surface wear.

14k gold has higher strength and is better suited for frequent daily wear.
18k gold contains a higher percentage of gold and has a deeper yellow tone but is slightly softer.

Both are durable for long-term use. 14k gold is more resistant to scratches and bending. 18k gold is softer but still suitable for regular wear when handled with care.

All pieces are available in 14k or 18k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, it will be received by one of our shipping carriers & you will also receive tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched from the studio.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:

• Custom, resized or personalized orders
• Intimate items / earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.

*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
