• For order cancellations: please update me within 24hrs of making your purchase, all jewellery is done handmade and there's a lot of dedicated costly work invested in each piece, to avoid restocking costs.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:

• Custom, resized or personalized orders
• Intimate items / earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.

*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
