Does my pendant come with a chain?
Yes! Our pendants include a complimentary chain so your piece is ready to wear the moment it arrives. Please check the specific product page for details on the chain material (such as 925 Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil) and available lengths.
Does Adina Stone jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes! Our warranty coverage lasts for 3 months from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects and structural issues (such as stone settings). For normal wear over time, we also offer a subsidized repair and 18k gold vermeil replating service so your pieces can always be easily refreshed.
How to track my order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, it will be received by one of our shipping carriers & you will also receive tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched from the studio.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:
- Custom, resized or personalized orders
- Intimate items / earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.
*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
