What is my ring size
If you're unsure of your ring size, we highly recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger measured and to request your US ring size. If that’s not possible, we offer a free ring sizer, available here, to help you find the most accurate fit.

Getting the right size from the start ensures a comfortable fit & helps avoid resizing costs later on.
Do you offer resizing
Yes! While we always recommend measuring your ring size before purchase we understand that sometimes adjustments will need to be made & depending on the design we can size your ring up or down.

How to track my order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, it will be received by one of our shipping carriers & you will also receive tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched from our studio

Returns & Exchanges
Easy & fast returns & exchanges - customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority!
We want you to have a fantastic shopping experience and feel 100% safe shopping with us.
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- For order cancellations: please update me within 24hrs of making your purchase, all jewellery is done handmade and there's a lot of dedicated costly work invested in each piece, to avoid restocking costs.
- Restocking cost may apply on items that had handmade work & alterations done
Unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:
- Custom, resized or personalized orders
- Intimate items / earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.
*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
