How to track my order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. When your order is ready to ship, it will be received by one of our shipping carriers & you will also receive tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched from the studio.

Returns & Exchanges

- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- For order cancellations: please update me within 24hrs of making your purchase, all jewellery is done handmade and there's a lot of dedicated costly work invested in each piece, to avoid restocking costs.
- Restocking cost may apply on items that had handmade work & alterations done
Unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:
- Custom, resized or personalized orders
- Intimate items / earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.
*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
