Ocean Jasper, as quite newly discovered (and only introduced to the public in 2000), is one of the most mysterious gemstones & its origin is still not fully understood. It is sourced in northern Madagascar.

This gem is opaque, sometimes with semi-translucent layers. And it’s available in a few colors with very various patterns, *as you can see in the picture.

For its healing properties, Ocean Jasper is believed to be a stone of nurture, happiness & peace.
